You are summoned to a remote Meeting of Langworth Group Parish Council.

To be held via Zoom at 7.30pm on Tuesday on 3 November 2020.

Members of the public may join the meeting by e-mailing the clerk a day or two prior to the meeting.

Ten minutes before the meeting begins the clerk will return a pass code. Please have your computer turned on ready to log into the meeting.

56. Minutes of previous meetings:

To approve the minutes of the ordinary remote meeting held; 6 October 2020.

57. Clerks Report

a) To receive the financial report: as previously circulated

b) Approval of payments: as previously circulated

c) Annual return correspondence, signature dates information

d) New LCC parish website progress report – “Intelltech

e) Clean up of LGPC laptop computers.

58. Parish Precept for 2021/22

Precept estimate to be submitted to WLDC no later than Friday 17th November. Members will be asked to approve a precept estimate of £23,340, same as 2020/21.

59. Correspondence

a) WLDC: response to the request for signs and a dog bin.

b) WLDC: supply of one confidential copy of the register of electors.

c) LCC Countryside Services: Barlings closed landfill site, Request for assistance with publicity report

d) Lives: Defibrillator: registration and maintenance offer

g) LCC confirmation of their grass cutting contribution: £566.13

a) Welton inspection report – No defects

b) RoSPA inspection report - Low to medium risk, defects: for consideration

62. Bench Seat Resolve siting of the seat currently situated inside the Memorial Hall

63. Comments from County Councillor, District Councillors and Chairman
