NOTICE OF MEETING – Tuesday 6th December 2022                                                                                                                     
The next meeting of Langworth Group Parish Council will be held at Langworth Memorial Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 6th December 2022 at which the business listed in the agenda below will be transacted.  The time between 7.30pm and 7.45 pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.30pm.

1. Public Forum: maximum of 15 mins for members of the public to ask questions.
 
2. Apologies: To receive apologies for absence.
 
3. Declarations of Interest: To receive declarations of interest on any item on the agenda.
 
4. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 1st November 2022

6. Comments from County Councillor, District Councillors and Chairman including:
* note receipt of D/Cllr A Welburn’s Nov report 
* D/Cllr A Welburn’s feedback from tour of Ward with new community policing inspector; including his request for dates in February to meet with local Parish Council representatives
* C/Cllr I Fleetwood’s Nov Briefing
 
7. Highways: 
a) resident letter suggesting a hard core standing outside of nos. 1, 2 and 3 Chamberlain Close.
b) Information re. entrance gates to village
c) Village planter – update (Cllr A Hyatt)

9. Planning:
a) To consider any update/required actions in respect of the Langworth Neighbourhood Plan
 
10. Clerks Report
a) Pay Award 22/23 - an increase of £1.00 per hour plus, from 1 April 2023, an increase of one day to annual leave entitlement.
b) To receive the financial report: as previously circulated
c) Approval of payments: as previously circulated
d) Pension: Note proposed employer rates as follows (as a percentage of payroll) and resolve to sign required declaration form to certify the contributions LGPC will pay over the next three years.: 
01/04/2023 to 31/03/2024 – 23.9%
01/04/2024 to 31/03/2025 – 25.2%
01/04/2025 to 31/03/2026 – 26.6%
