To approve the minutes of the ordinary meeting held; 1 September 2020.

47. Barlings Lane Provision of a dog waste bin and warning notices - footpath off Barlings Lane.

a) NJC 2020 pay award approval

Application 141577 - Ground source heating – George development

Application 141647 - approval of reserved matters: access, appearance, layout and scale following outline planning permission 139764 to erect 20no. dwellings

Application 141149 – Convert holiday accomodation into residential, Church Farm, Stainton. Permission granted by WLDC no conditions attached.
