The next meeting of Langworth Group Parish Council will be held at Langworth Memorial Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 4th April 2023 at which the business listed in the agenda below will be transacted. The time between 7.30pm and 7.45 pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.30pm.

10. Policy Review – Two of the policies are relevant to the forthcoming annual return are due for a review.
a) Register of Assets: Members to approve the register as true record of the council’s assets.
b) Risk assessment: Members to resolve to accept the risk assessment for the management and maintenance of the assets of, villages within the Langworth Group Parish Council area.
11. Clerks Report
a) To receive the financial report: as previously circulated
b) Approval of payments: as previously circulated
c) To Appoint C Rooke Management as internal auditor for the annual return £210.00 + VAT = £252.00
d) Replacement laptop for Clerk at £579.00 (note: CIF grants totalling £500.00 have been received)
e) IGAS grant application – outcome
f) Quarterly play area inspection report
