NOTICE OF MEETING – Tuesday 3 November 2026
The next meeting of Langworth Group Parish Council will be held at Langworth Memorial Hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday 3 November 2026 at which the business listed in the agenda below will be transacted. The time between 7.30pm and 7.45 pm may be given over to a public session if required, but if no members of the public wish to speak, the meeting will start at 7.30pm.

1. Open session: suspension of Standing Orders for up to 15 mins for members of the public to speak on agenda items, or to suggest items for consideration on a future agenda

3. Declarations of Interest: To receive declarations of interest on any item on the agenda.

i) WL/2026/00980: Application for approval of reserved matters to erect 20no. dwellings considering access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale following outline planning permission 139764 being variation of conditions 1, 2, 3 and 4 of reserved matters approval 144897 - overall design scheme changes

ii) Appeal notification letter re. WL/2026/00649: Planning application to remove existing agricultural building and erect 1no. dwelling being variation of conditions 2 and 4 of planning permission WL/2024/00131 /147926 granted 19 August 2024 - change to the approved dwelling design
